We will not share donor names, addresses or fund-related information with any individual or organization outside of The Marcus Ruscitto Charitable Foundation without express written permission from donors. Under no circumstances will we sell donor or prospect information to third parties. If an outside organization or individual asks to communicate with our donors, we may offer to send their written communication to our donors, and will include a reference to our confidentiality policy with such communication. We will review such third party requests for communication on a case by case basis.
